Customer services sucks when people doesn't speak fluent English. It seems that they discriminate against those who do not speak English well.

I tuck my doughter to this place to look for some piano or keybord classes for her, we notices that somone was playing drums, my doughter was so happy and motivated that we wanted to see them playing through the window I was so ready to sing my doughter for music classes when this worker an old men was so rude mith us it seems that he didnt like us there, he even told me that he did not wanted us to disturb a class looking through the window After i told him i was lookin for some music classes for my doughter and we wanted to see how they was playing the drums so maybe would like to play drums too At this moment he notice that we actualy wanted to buy something from him, he changed his attitude he even ofer us to look through the window and see them playing I was very upset because it was what we wanted from the very biginning and he was a jerk with us I told him that i was not longer interest in buying anything from him and i would find a bettervplace to take my kid and we left. Definitely was an awful experience I do not recomend this place at all.

Absolutely the best music store in town. The owner is knowledgeable, reasonable, and extremely friendly. I take lessons, have bought a guitar and an amp, and pick up strings regularly, and every time I always leave feeling like I've learned something about my instrument or music in general. Seriously recommend for all your music needs.

My daughter takes voice lessons here. I would like to say that everyone is very nice and professional. The voice coach is excellent and on occasion when my daughter has to miss a class we work with Rob and have never been disappointed. My wife and I also really like the recitals so we can see my daughter's progress and she gets to perform in front of a live audience. Very nice!

Low budget, not professional like other music schools here In many aspect cannot be trusted. Not a good music school I have to drive out of Simi for a good quality lesson is way worth it.

Stage-1 is hands down, the best rehearsal studio in the area. The rooms are clean, the prices are good, the gear is top notch and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I am happy to call Stage-1 my musical-home-away-from-home.
