A positive first experience with an instrument is so important to a child or an adult. In this first music lesson, the student's comfort is our utmost concern. We will familiarize the student with the instrument, demonstrate how to play it, and show the student all the wonderful things you will soon be able to do on the instrument, so you can see the true potential of the instrument chosen!During this 30 minute private lesson, students are introduced to the basics of music theory, and begin day one to learn how to READ music. Most students will have choice in picking from many options for a first song! We will expertly guide students on how to play and by the end of the first lesson, most students will have between 2-4 new songs to practice for their family!

Petrova has been a professional musician and music educator for over 16 years! She currently teaches private music lessons to children from all over the Treasure Coast of Florida. Although she was originally born and raised in England, Petrova moved to Palm Beach, Fl at the age of five, and split her time between the two continents

I am truly blessed knowing that my daughter, Nevaeh, has Mrs. Jones as her piano teacher. The love, patience, and respect they have for one another is incredible. It is amazing how quickly she learned to read music notes and play the piano. Nevaeh will forever be grateful to Mrs. Jones for finding her future talent.

Petrova is an excellent piano teacher. Both of my daughters take lessons, and were reading in music in less than a year! She is very disciplined and helps to keep them focused. In addition to the lessons, the recitals that Petrova hosts really are extremely beneficial; they boost the girls' confidence and give them something to look forward to when they hear the advanced students.

My daughter has been a piano student for few years with Mrs. Petrova Jones, and I love how much she has been learning. We tried other schools in the past and it didn't work well. My 5 year old daughter has been taking piano and vocal lessons here for only a couple of months. She has progressed so fast and is loving it. This is such a great music school! The staff is friendly, family oriented and professional and always willing to help. My daughter has been taking piano lessons for about 1 year now and has shown so much improvement. She started with group piano lessons with Elvis for a few months and then went on to private lessons with Petrova. My daughter also tried the summer camp program, loved it, and now is showing interest in learning violin as well. The fall and spring recitals are wonderful and such a great way for students to showcase all that they have accomplished on every level. I only wish we started sooner!

This school is excellent! Our girls (6 and 8 years old) have been with Mrs. Petrova Jones and her team for a little more than a year, and we are awestruck from the demonstrable growth. From the facility to the staff, the quality of the instruments used to instruct, and the teaching styles used to educate the children individually, are superb! I thank God for Mrs. Petrova and her gift in music.
She is truly amazing! I am most impressed with the patient instruction given to each student, and she never teaches in a hurry. Petrova Jones Music is a wonderful business. The owners and teachers are all very friendly and knowledgeable. It seems that they have a lot of students that have been with them for a long time which is always a good sign. My daughter first started here with piano lessons in February of this year and she has made a lot of progress. Her teacher is amazing and very patient.
They have also made a positive impact in Port St. Lucie by all of the community service that they do. I am very impressed and plan on signing my son up for lessons as soon as he is ready. I highly recommend them.

Petrova Jones and her team of music teachers grace the halls of our school 2 days a week. The students look forward to their time with their music teachers, as they always come to class laden down with boom whackers, tambourines, recorders, and much more. They know how to reach into the musical soul of a student and inspire them. Discipline is never a problem, as they keep the lessons moving and interesting. Adding Petrova Jones Music to our Academy program this year is one of the best things we have done.
