Piano
Alex began playing piano when she was 6 years old. As with many students Alex did not always enjoy learning, but through her mother’s encouragement she stuck it out and flourished. Today, those 14+ years of classical training have taken root and Alex not only loves playing piano but she loves to teach others how to play. Her favorite part is creating something intricate and moving, and then working on it until it is mastered. The song then becomes something beautiful that’s all her own.
Stephanie Nelson
Stephanie Nelson
Born and raised on the Jersey Shore (Toms River, NJ), Stephanie had a rich and diverse upbringing in music. From an early age she was immersed in Broadway, jazz, rock, classical, and much more. She was singing from the time she could speak, and began playing piano at 7 years old. While she was involved in her church and school choirs, she also studied piano privately through her early years and into high school.

I spent a lot of time working on this so it's pretty accurate. The singing makes it hard to hear some of the guitar parts, but I'm content with it as it is. He (John Paul White) plays something different on almost each part. Apologies for the odd lighting. I used my iPhone but apparently the lighting was off in my studio :) I hope you enjoy it.

There is another tutorial video with the Capo on the 4th fret. It's sounds great but is way too hard and definitely NOT the way John Paul White (The Civil Wars' Guitar Player) would be playing it. Here is a link to the tab and chords.

Enjoy and let me know what you think. Here is the right hand part played slowly. Enjoy.

I was completely new to stringed instruments when I began bass lessons with Joey. He had me up and able to play on worship team within the first few months. His skills as a teacher helped me achieve my goals with the electric bass all while feeling comfortable as an “older” student.

‎ Crystal and Tiffany are a wonderful mixture of positive energy and professionalism. They really seem to love what they do which makes it really fun. I saw improvement in my daughter’s voice and confidence after just a couple of lessons. I asked my daughter to describe why she would recommend them to others and she said “They are talented, funny, helpful and just plain awesome!” and I agree 100%.

My son has taken guitar lessons from Joey Archer for two years. It has been a positive experience from beginning to end. Joey has the ability to motivate kids to practice and improve without seeming like a “bad guy”. I highly recommend him.

Jammin Music Studios is a great place to learn music and Joey is an absolutely wonderful guitar and music instructor. He is patient, kind and encouraging. In the short time I took lessons with him, which primarily centered on music theory, I have learn't more about music and can apply it to any instrument that I care to pickup.
