Our students have received numerous national performance awards and high scores in areas of music testing. Nathan Arnold

Piano

Nathan J. Arnold, pianist, sacred arranger, and lecturer holds a BA in Church Music and an MA in Sacred Composition. As a high-schooler, he won the state piano solo competition in the South Carolina Music Teachers Association as well as first place in the Sacred Piano, Classical Piano, and Piano Ensemble competitions of the High School Festival, a national contest.

Megan Mccauley

Voice

Megan McCauley holds an MA from the University of Illinois and a DMA from the University of Kentucky where she studied with Dr. Everett McCorvey. Megan has twice won first-place at the district level in the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions and has also received the Bella Voce and Bravo awards from Chicago’s Bel Canto Association.

Heidi Talbert

Piano

Heidi Talbert, has studied piano for over ten years and is currently pursuing a degree in Church Music with a proficiency in piano. While in high school, she was awarded honorable mention in the Greenville Music Club competition and was also a finalist in the Bob Jones University Festival contest where she received excellent ratings.

Evan Duke

Trumpet

Evan Duke has earned a BA and MA in Trumpet Performance from Bob Jones University. While at the University, he served as principal trumpet in the University Symphony orchestra and principal horn in the University Concert Band.

David Chapman

Guitar

David Chapman holds a BA in Church Music, trumpet principal from Bob Jones University. Raised in a missionary home in the country of Chile, David was taught piano in his elementary years by his mother and trumpet by his father, a former church music and school band director.

Rebekah Hughes

Flute

Rebekah Hughes holds a BA in Flute Performance and a MA in Church Music, flute proficiency. She has studied with Dr. Andree Martin, professor of flute at Columbus State University and had the opportunity to participate in masterclasses given by Eugenia Zuckerman and Tadeu Coelho as a performer.

I was gifted guitar lessons as a birthday gift through Groupon. my groupon offer was claimed and it took 2 months for them to contact me to set an appointment for lessons. I informed them i had started taking taking lessons elsewhere and inquired about a refund. i was offered half of what was paid for the lessons. DISAPPOINTING! Hi Terese, I think our teacher, Luke Parker had a delay of a few weeks before contacting and I apologize.

That's very unlike him and he's a fantastic teacher so I'm sorry you missed the opportunity to work with him. Unfortunately, Groupon will not let me refund the amount, but I would be glad to personally give you a refund of what we received from the groupon (voucher was purchased for $25, our portion after Groupon's cut was $12.50). If you'd like to come by the studio, I can get that to you.

I'm traveling a little bit over next couple weeks so would need you to call to let me know when you're coming by, but would be glad to refund that. Again sorry about the delay, but let me know what works best and we'll try to connect on that. Kindly, Nathan Arnold
