At Lori Moran Music Studios, we are committed to sharing our wealth of knowledge and love of music with students of all ages and levels. The wide variety of experience amongst our faculty allows us to offer quality instruction in virtually all styles of music, including classical, operatic, musical theatre, jazz, pop, rock, R&B, gospel, folk, and world music.

We tailor lessons to meet the individual needs of each student, regardless of skill or experience level, and nurture the talents of children, teens, and adults. Lessons are available in any of our studio locations, or, for your convenience, in the comfort of your own home (in the greater Los Angeles area).

Tamara Bevard

Voice

A native of Chicago, soprano Tamara Bevard received her Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from DePaul School of Music, and has been teaching privately for over 10 years. She is an active solo, choral, and studio singer in Los Angeles, and understands the demands today’s working singer has to face when working in a variety of musical styles and environments.

Lori Moran

Voice & Piano

Lori Moran has been performing and teaching since 1985. She has a special gift for working with children and adolescents, helping to bring out their own natural musicality and encouraging self-expression. Lori's positive and upbeat approach makes learning a fun and rewarding experience for her students.

Richard Dawson

Guitar

Richard Dawson is a Master Guitarist, performer, composer and teacher who began playing heavy metal at the age of 13 and performed in various bands throughout Hollywood and Los Angeles. Richard quickly mastered the electric guitar, and at the age of 18 was introduced to classical guitar and began studying with Dr. John Schneider at Pierce College.

Ann Grennan

Voice

Ann Grennan has been performing and teaching since 1988. She has taught private and group classes at the South Bay Conservatory, Santa Monica Playhouse, and Orange County High School of the Arts. In addition to solo church positions, handbell director, and Worship Team Leader, she also owns and operates a holiday caroling business called A Holiday Affaire.
