What an absolute pleasure to buy a horn from L&L Music! Ordered a Cannonball saxophone sight unseen based on a couple of very nice phone calls with Didi and Steve. Steve spent considerable time on the phone with me giving very helpful information. They had sent me pictures before. I received the saxophone the next day packed incredibly well and in great shape.

They offered a very fair trial period and were simply great to deal with. I am a five hour drive from them, but would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Simply outstanding customer service from very nice people.

My child's trombone had a piece broken off and L&L Music was wonderful in replacing it immediately. We had great customer service and advice. We would definitely come here again. We highly recommend them!

Really top notch service! It is rare in any industry to find truly passionate experts who are available to consult, educate and service your equipment. Look no further. During COVID I brought my daughter's online-bought flute here for service as it was not working well. It emerged as a night-and-day improved instrument. The owner took the time to educate me on the origins of my instrument, the materials, etc. Very reasonable prices, as well.

I have had 17 instruments repaired at this shop numerous saxophones like 13 saxess and 3 trumpets and one flute. Various brands like Yamaha, Conn, opus, hawk, Kenndy g, cannonball stone series, all the instruments work after repair, and all of my mouthpieces work, mouthpiece and instruments do make music. All of these were my personal instruments not rentals. All they need in shop is Television for news and free donuts.

Awesome people, great deals, super helpful. They can get pretty busy, but it's worth the wait because they are all knowledgeable. They have low cost rentals. You can rent a used instrument or new. I wasn't sure if my kids would keep playing or continue with the same instrument, but they have a deal that lets you carry over your payments if you decide to go from a used to a new one. Eventually, you own the instrument.

L&L is one of the best wind shops on the east coast. I have been brining my horns in for tuneups for 15 years, and frequent their shop whenever I need a new mouthpiece, ligature, reeds etc. Steve and his excellent staff always are able to help me and their prices are great. I will continue to do my music business here for the foreseeable future.

I have frequented L & L over the years. They consistently provide skilled repair and have a wide breath of expertise. For example, I recently brought in a cornet, and there's a professional trumpet player on staff! I usually interface with Steve, one of the owners. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He takes interest in his customers. I really feel that he genuinely wants to assist in your musical pursuits. Highly recommend.

As a saxophonist, L&L is pretty much my one stop shop. Definitely the most diverse array of reeds and other important accessories such as mouthpieces that I've seen at a brick and mortar store in the area. The staff is highly knowledgeable and their repair technicians have always done great work for me. Totally worth the 2 hour drive!

It is not often enough that you come across a store where the owner is in love with the product but when you find one, it is a joy. He truly loves helping customers first and takes the time to make them feel welcome even when at time things are hectic. I take saxophone lessons there as well and think I have met most of the teachers and all are friendly and nice.

My teacher has a lot of patience as my work schedule is not conducive to getting as much practicing in as I would like. The owner also teaches an instrument repair class and is helping me overhaul an ancient 90 year old sax. Nothing easy about this but never once said anything and took it as a challenge for us to finish. Do yourself a favor, go to the store once and just look, you too will be a customer.

Great store -- great products -- great people. Go to place for instruments and supplies. You can get professional level saxophones here - -the carry the Cannonball line -- its quite good. The service is incredible. I recently decided to upgrade my case for my selmer mark VI and asked them about the BAM case -- they ordered it and gave me a price that was impossible to beat based upon what I had seen online
