I dropped my Ibanez 12 string acoustic electric guitar off in either late December or early January to have it checked because the amplifier was not working. The day I dropped it off I was told the guitar would be repaired by Monday the following week. I went in to check on it the following Monday and told a preamp was being ordered. It is now March 18th and not only is my guitar still not repaired but I'm being told they still don't have the part.
No phone calls have been made by All About Music nor have many been answered. Perhaps they should be all about customer service. Horrible experience and I would've recommend if you want your instrument repaired in a timely fashion do yourself a favor and take it to Tampa.

You really only have 2 choices in town. If you need musical supplies they're reasonably priced. We had dropped off 2 saxophones, one for service, one to be checked out. Neither was attended to with relative speed. No return phone calls in either case, we had to chase down our own things with repeated phone calls. Super disappointing in that sense.
