This review comment is about the owner of the school Michael. Bad customer service and arrogant attitude. Very slow responses, maybe with the exception of getting new customers to sign up. We had verbal agreement on the pricing schedule, but by the time I terminated the classes Michael changed the tuition calculation method and charged extra on my credit card without my agreement.

Most surprisingly, when we argued about this matter and the customer service, he said "I'm a small business so I don't have customer experience. I simply don't use this metric". Wow that speaks volume! If you have to sign up for this school like you have not other options, please make sure to put all the terms on paper and don't trust verbal agreement with him! Cuz you may be surprised and don't expect an explanation until the class termination!

Both of our kids take lessons here, one takes piano and the other guitar. We had a great experience over the last few years and they make sure each child gets an opportunity to demonstrate their skills at the recitals. We never had a problem with their cancellation policy or the location as was mentioned by another reviewer.

Love flute teacher Paige Fremder. She is an excellent teacher who is wonderfully responsive to both parents and child. Our daughter really enjoys her lessons with Paige. Not thrilled with the facility sometimes not having a room for our lessons (!), but she is why we will stay.

We had a very good experience at MSM. The staff was always very accommodating when they could be. I can't speak to all the teachers, but my daughter enjoyed lessons with her violin teacher. Very friendly and patient.

My son has taken guitar lessons with Simon for some time now. He has enjoyed each and every lesson and is learning to read music and chords. I highly recommend Simon for younger students. He has been very patient with my son.
