Market Hill Music

My piano studio is located in Greenville, Virginia. I teach classical and jazz piano as well as improvisation and composition. I teach any age and any level. I'm very open minded. I am familiar will many kinds of music; you don't have to study classical if you don't want to. There are so many kinds of music in the world. I don't believe that music should be a chore.

I've been teaching since 1990. I have a B.A. in Piano Performance, a Master's in Ethnomusicology and a Ph.D. in Music in Higher Education where I focused on electronic music composition. I went to Berklee School of Music and also studied Asian music at UCLA in Los Angeles.
