Todd saved the day! I had purchased a really nice Breedlove guitar but, the B string sounded really bad! I brought the guitar to Tillman Music and Todd looked over the guitar very carefully. I knew the saddle of the guitar had a small chip and thought I needed to pay for a replacement. Todd told me the guitar simply needed new strings and he was able to repair the existing saddle!

Hands-down, some of the friendliest people I've ever met! Huge lovers of music and high standards of excellence means you will have an amazing experience every time you walk in the store. They make you feel like you are their most important customer. Local, family owned means our dollar stay right here in our community!

Small and mighty! Although I think they are expanding. Very helpful and I was delighted to find out they do lessons as well. I wanted a ukulele for my wee one and we found exactly what we were looking for!

My husband and I have been here 2 or 3 times so far, and we love the experience everytime. Everyone is so nice there, they're so helpful and thoughtful. I love the vibes here, its laid back and relaxing. Nothing is overpriced, and they really do seem like they care about the customer's experience. This is definitely our new home music store. It's so good to have found a nice place to shop after moving into this new area!

I'm new to guitar, and bought a Squier Strat to learn on from a pawn shop. Unfortunately my lack of knowledge reared its ugly head. My guitar was NOT in very good condition. That is, until I took it to Tillmans. For a very reasonable price, I had my frets leveled and recapped. As well as a first class set up. Now my guitar is a pleasure to play. Friendly staff.

Very professional. I would recommend this store to anyone who appreciates being treated like a real person, not just a $ sign like at some other larger box stores do. Pretty incredible in this day and age. Thanks again guys. Your awesome.

About week or so ago I purchased an electric guitar. It was recommended by Todd and Jess because I wanted that mid 50's rockabilly sound. I love my guitar! Unfortunately the other day I was tuning it too hard on the thin E string and I snapped it. Todd restrung my guitar and adjusted the neck He also restrung and adjusted my friends acoustic guitar! This was done for an unbelievably great price and on the same day. Both instruments sound great. thank you so much Todd and Jess!

I've been a customer of Tillman music since Jerry opened the doors. They are always my first choice over any other music store and have always shown respect and professionalism every time I've came in. I recently dropped off a vintage guitar with Rob, the only person I trust with it, and it came back to me playing better than new. Great job Rob. Family owned and operated they have a sincere desire to make customers happy. Try them first.

I've dealt with Tillman for years. Always professional and they mean to serve you. If anyone was rude you caught them at a rough time. Still better than dealing with a superstore. The service at the bigger stores is either over the top or non existent. I have been a professional musician and have always been able to rely on these guys.

I've always had a very pleasant experience in Tillman music and found their customer service to be great. Most recently, I simply needed a knob for a dated amp. I emailed them looking for that obscure item and got a response back that day. They informed me that they happened to have an amp that matched my model on site and they used it for parts. They sold me the knob for pennies. Fantastic service. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

My pick up on my guitar quit working. I called the company that makes the guitar and they said they could fix it for $400. Todd and Rob both looked at it and charged me only $60 and it has worked great ever since I took it in. Also had Tillman music do some sound work for my church and Keith did a great job with hometown friendly service.

Had some repair work done on a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe. Found out it was failed power tube. The staff was professional and very informative. Todd called me with the diagnosis and I asked him to order some tubes, install and bias them. Had my amp back in about two weeks. Which is really good turnaround for such a complicated beast as a tube amp. The expenses were reasonable and I left the shop after picking it up with a really good impression of this classic style music shop.

After years of Guitar Center and Sam Ash and unknowledgable staff.it was a welcome flashback to a better era where the focus was on quality. I'll be sending my amps and my business to Tillman music again.

The lessons are affordable, and the teachers know what they are doing. You take at the same time each week and you only have to sign up for one month at a time.
