ZOT Zin Music was established in the year 2002, by Vreny Van Elslande. With the years of hard-work we have earned great market reputation. ZOT Zin Music specializes in 1 on 1 guitar instruction. We love working with each student individually. It gives us the freedom to work only on what the student really wants to work on. Happier student leads to happier teacher.

Olga learned Smoke On The Water
And here is another video of the Olga Dubchak, here she just learned Smoke On The Water. Sure she is struggling a bit: but wouldn't you... if this was only the 3rd week you're playing guitar? :) She went, from a complete beginner who did not even know how to hold her guitar... to being able to play "Smoke On The Water" and "Highway To Hell" fairly well in only 3 weeks of lessons. Olga is not a stand alone case: ALL ZOT Zin Music students improve exceptionally well, and Olga's performance in this video showcases how extraordinary the progress is of our guitar students.
Olga learned Highway To Hell
Meet ZOT Zin Music student Olga Dubchak. This video shows Olga, in her 3rd week of guitar lessons. She went, from a complete beginner who did not even know how to hold her guitar... to being able to play "Smoke On The Water" and "Highway To Hell" fairly well in only 3 weeks of lessons. In these 3 weeks of lessons she also covered all beginner chords, bar chords, some theory, learned a bunch of songs with all her newly learned chords, and also covered all the most common guitar rhythms.

These are the guitar lessons I wish I'd taken as a child! Or perhaps I wasn't ready for these lessons back then, but Vreny is a next-level teacher. These are real music lessons with goals for improvement, exercises that are tailored to what you need, and Vreny knows so much about music, composition, guitar, and technique that even good players can learn from him.
If you're looking to learn guitar as a beginner, Vreny will get you on your feet quickly. If you think you're already a great player, I guarantee you Vreny will show you ways to improve beyond what you can imagine. I'm in my 40's, but I've played guitar and piano all my life, and took music and guitar lessons for my entire childhood through high school, and even a class in college.
I started with Vreny as a birthday gift from my wife, and then decided to continue taking weekly lessons. Many of my friends would tell you I was an advanced guitar player before I started taking lessons, because I could already play most any song you put in front of me, but Vreny finds a way to challenge and push me every week. He showed me how little I really knew by finding my weak spots and giving me concrete exercises to improve.
That's his approach -- push you beyond what you think you can do. It can be a humbling experience, but if you take it with a positive attitude, it becomes fun. I often leave the lesson thinking things are difficult, but then I go home, and with a little work, it becomes easier and easier. He gives you specific things to practice at home every week, along with how much time you should spend on them.
My guitar lessons are "Me Time", something I'm doing for myself. My phone, wallet, and keys sit closed in my guitar case while I get to enjoy the lesson. You can't learn guitar just from watching videos on YouTube. I've watched many videos and tutorials, and they didn't make me a better guitar player. You need a teacher who can tell you exactly what will help you improve from the point you're at now. Vreny has enabled me to break through barriers in my playing and shown me how to do it. He's a very sweet guy with a positive attitude, and his studio is comfortable and convenient with lots of street parking available.

I took lessons with Vreny for quite a while and not only gained a good grasp on better fretboard mechanics and knowledge, but Vreny also helped me build better rhythm and soloing techniques. I would 100% recommend Vreny if you're serious about learning the guitar. He's taken my guitar playing to another level!

If you are serious about learning guitar, you have found the right teacher in Vreny. I have been studying with Vreny since 2006 and recommend him to everyone I know looking for lessons. Over the years he has become more than a teacher, he has become a true friend. Vreny is part guitar teacher, part life coach and part motivational speaker. He is ridiculously knowledgeable in all things guitar yet is able to break down even the most complex musical theory so that it becomes accessible.
He expects a lot from his students, however has always been understanding of my fluid and flexible schedule. Learning with him is like working with a physical trainer. He will push you to your limits to get you the results you want. His goal is to make sure that you get what you are looking for out of your lessons and tailors them accordingly. He intuitively understands what your playing needs and will push you to achieve your goals. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I have been taking lessons from Vreny over a couple years now. I highly recommend Vreny as a guitar instructor. My guitar skills have improved a lot over this period. Vreny does a great job keeping the progress by sending out homework and history of lessons over the time. The lessons are fun and time flies by!

Vreny is the best! As an adult learning guitar, I have found so much value in his time-saving techniques for getting the most out of practice time. He's been able to explain music theory in terms that I could finally understand. Learning from him has been just an overall great experience that allowed me to finally start my own band.

Vreny is amazing. Really. He is formally trained and has been playing for many years. He cares about pedagogy (a lot), and he has as much knowledge about how someone learns as he does how to play guitar. He will go in whatever direction the student wants to go. If you want to learn a lot of theory, he can and will do it. If you want to learn an entire favorite album, he's in.
If you aren't sure what kind of a guitar player you want to be, he will explore that, too. There's no shame, no cajoling. He's always upbeat, and he's there to help you become the player you want to be, on your schedule. He teaches in person and by Skype, too, so it doesn't matter where you are.

I've been studying with Vreny for two years. He is the real deal. I have never met anyone who knows more about the world of guitar (technique, theory, style, etc.) than he does. He is the teacher for you if you are truly interested in becoming a legit, respected, amazing guitar player. He sees no boundaries and his positive attitude is contagious. Highly recommend him for anyone who is serious about becoming a great player and understanding the craft on a deep level.

Vreny's Guitar Lessons will make you a better player period. If I could do it all over again I would go straight to him instead of my instructors when I was a kid. When I finally went to Vreny he nursed my bad habits with patience and turned them into professional habits. His lessons made me approach the guitar more like a chess player. I think of the guitar now as a friend and confidant instead of a mountain that can never be climbed.
These lessons aren't just about the guitar they are life lessons that help you see life more clearly and positively. Vreny's energy is contagious. He will rub off on you I promise!
