Our hope is that your child feels that playing an instrument is fun and that they are good at it. We are not a musical instrument retail store with some tiny lesson rooms stuck in the back of the store. We are a music school with university trained teachers and teachers with 20 years or more of performance experience.

Fun, easy, step by step music lessons in Indianapolis, Indiana for any age whose goal is to learn a few songs or advanced players who wish learn lead improvisation and become a master of the fret board. We are about 2 miles north of Greenwood, Indiana. We teach guitar, drums, piano, bass guitar, ukulele, mandolin and banjo and more. Lessons are private 1 on 1 and are normally 30 minutes long.

If I had to review this class briefly simply saying, Mike is Wonderful would sum it up! I have tried learning the guitar on earlier accounts but gave up on it. However, in a few weeks of learning with Mike I can not only swiftly change chords, but also play songs decently well. He has the patience of a monk and has been flexible in adapting his teaching methods to my learning style. I will certainly recommend Mike to anyone who harbors the desire to learn the guitar.

As my newest friend and current band mate for the past two years Mike is a great guy and a riot to perform with he is a very talented guitarist and vocalist and as a teacher you would get that personal dedication and way more than what you ever would at your local music store very knowledgeable professional and seasoned.

Mike is a great teacher. His lessons are thorough and well planned. I have learned more as an adult from Mike than I ever did as a kid from two former teachers. He is also very patient and attentive to technique and style. I highly recommend lessons from Mike whether you are a beginner or a seasoned player that may just need a tune up. You'll definitely learn something.

I've been taking guitar lessons with Mike for almost a year now. He's very patient and knowledgeable on playing the guitar as well as teaching. He can play/teach a variety of genres. He always asks me what songs I want to learn. I've had other teachers who have specific songs they want you to play which caused me to lose interest. I would highly recommend lessons with Mike regardless of expertise level!

My son has been taking piano lessons with Charles for a few months now, and it has been a great experience. Charles is so patient and answers all of his questions (and there's a lot). My son looks forward to his classes every week! They're so flexible with allowing Zoom classes as well as makeup classes. Very glad we found this place.

We absolutely love Mr. Mike! My two daughters can't wait for their weekly lesson with him. He is so patient and a very understanding teacher. Their confidence has grown and also their focus. The office is also understanding of vacations and missed lessons. Now my younger two daughters can't wait to start!

Mike is a fantastic guitar instructor. Being an adult and having wanted to take lessons for a long time, I was anxious about learning the instrument and meeting an instructor. Mike was and is consistently pleasant, patient, and thorough. I would highly recommend him to anyone of any age group. I feel lucky to be taking lessons from him and look forward to what I will learn each week.
