Piano Lessons
Report
The piano is the foundation of western music. Its range covers most of the pitches audible to human ears and is capable of enormous harmonic complexity. Because of this nearly all classical music by composers such as Bach, Beethoven, and Mozart was first worked out on the keyboard before it was notated for other instruments.
Violin Lessons
Report
The modern violin we know today actually originates from instruments brought to Europe via the Middle East thousands of years ago. Since that time the voice of the violin has become a hallmark of the orchestral sound, and is also found in jazz, pop, and country music. Today there are even electric violins as the instrument continues to evolve.
Guitar Lessons
Report
It's no wonder then that more people take lessons on the guitar than any other instrument. Maybe you've been thinking about taking lessons too, but you're a little overwhelmed by how much there is to learn. That's why it's important to have a good guitar teacher to break things down and help you understand at your own pace. At Gloria School of Music we match students with experienced instructors.
Flute Lessons
Report
The flute, part of the woodwind family, is one of the earliest musical instruments in recorded history. The flute we are most familiar with today is the transverse flute, which is held sideways, is made of metal, and has a range of about three octaves. With its distinctive warm tone, the flute has found its way into many different types of music including classical, pop, and jazz.
Saxophone Lessons
Report
The word saxophone actually refers to a family of woodwind instruments. Most people are familiar with the tenor sax, but there are also alto, baritone, and soprano saxophones. Although the saxophone has made some appearances in modern rock music, it's mostly known as a staple of the jazz sound.

My child's piano teacher is serious and passionate about teaching but not pushy. In the past 2 years, my child has made significant progress. I have see her teacher play in school recitals (held twice a year) and her performance was very impressive. I wish I could play half as well as she does. She is definitely top caliber in piano playing. I feel lucky to have found such a good and capable teacher!

Great School, great teachers, and a very capable manager. I enrolled my son, and he has grown into a very skilled player. I would definitely recommned this music school to anyone wanting to learn music or art, since it also provides art lessons.

I enrolled my daughter into some piano classes at this school last fall. I have to say how incredibly impressed by the vast progress that she has made in the short amount of time that she has taken piano lessons there. The lessons for piano playing that her teacher gives to her every week are really in depth. I am keeping her there for the spring and summer as well.

My five year-old daughter is the first student to join Gloria School of Music and Art in June 2011. At Glorias my daughter has been taking lessons from Larysa Yost, a well-experienced piano teacher. Larysa not only has a bachelor's degree in teaching piano but also has a certificate in Early childhood education.
